FAQ

What does GravyBoat do?

You enter your event type, date, headcount, dietary needs, budget, and cooking skill. GravyBoat returns a menu, a shopping list grouped by store section with estimated costs, a potluck list of who brings what, and a day-by-day plus day-of cooking timeline.

How much does it cost?

One full plan is free. The Host Pass is a one-time $4.99 per event, not a subscription. It adds unlimited regenerations, a printable plan, a shareable potluck link, and reminders.

Does it handle vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests?

Yes. Dishes are swapped to fit vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free needs. Always confirm specific allergies with your guests.

When does it launch?

Before Thanksgiving 2026 (November 26). Waitlist members get access first.

Are the cost estimates exact?

No. They are rough estimates to help you budget, and real prices vary by store and region.
